Byron Matthews was charged with various weapons offenses in the April 21 incident.
According to police, one victim was found on the 500 block of Lebaum Street with non-life-threatening injuries, while six other people self-transported to the hospital in the same incident around 10:05 p.m., the Washington Metro Police Department said.
A girl was also believed to have been shot by Matthews around 10:10 p.m. on 2nd Street, police said.
All victims suffered non-life-threatening injuries.
